Junior Analyst IT Infrastructure

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for efficient provision, operation, installation/configuration and proper maintenance of systems’ hardware, software, and other related infrastructure.

Your Roles And Responsibilities

• Providing support to teams and customers within the company, troubleshooting problems, identifying and correcting technical issues, providing advice on infrastructure related upgrades and improvements.
• Managing key infrastructure domains by setting up and supporting LAN, WAN, Hosting infrastructure technologies, Microsoft technologies, etc.
• Maintaining and administering our company’s computer networks, virtual environments, software, and other related security systems, performing disaster recovery operations.
• Protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks, and replacing faulty infrastructure components when necessary.
• Interacting with technical plant representatives and act as a liaison for IT-OT integration.
• Developing a deep understanding of digitalization requirements and necessities in process industries and discrete manufacturing environment to implement digital transformation solutions.

You will be based in Belgium with periodic travels to Group locations and/or any other location for specific project – 10% to 30 % on average per year.
