Lean Manager

Following the growing demand to implement Lean production system in the construction industry, BESIX is looking for a Lean Manager.

Based at the BESIX Head Office and part of the Methods and Planning department, your key responsibilities will be to :

• Promote Lean transformation within our organization;
• Coach leaders at all levels;
• Ensure Lean implementation on projects in all stages (tender, design, procurement, execution, reception);
• Coach and manage a dynamic team supporting projects in Lean steps;
• Send offers to site and follow-up related cost control;
• Develop Lean department;
• Report to top management on progress, warnings and mitigation measures to be taken;
• Teach Lean philosophy and tools (mainly LPS and 5S);
