R&D Manager Fillings & Decors (APMEA)

Responsible for the Regional R&D Director of Emerging APMEA market, the successful candidate will need to

• Manage the R&D activities supporting the business development of compound chocolate and fillings (and real chocolate) in EMMA through pro-active implementation of innovations and renovations; support to customer and market based projects; support to customer visits; support to operations.
• Promote the strategy of the SBU Chocolate towards the R&D community in the region.
• Manage country specific Process improvement projects, resulting on a substantial business impact. Compound/Chocolate lines, wet and powder lines and sourdough are in the scope of this mission.
• Coordinate Raw material initiatives in the region
