Description

Reporting directly to the R&D Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will support the development of the Patisserie mixes business through new product development and general R&D support to customers and the factory.

Key Accountabilities

Product R&D

  • New product development (formulation), process optimization and documentation
    • Support the development of local sales by means of tailor-made products and product adaptation
    • Follow-up the technological developments & innovations of HQ and the region, and transfer them into local market
    • Perform benchmark analysis of competitor products and optimize the product range
    • Implement and follow up the Group procedures related to IP Protection
  • Implement the BU Patisserie Mixes strategy, together with the R&D manager, local marketing and in close collaboration with the Product Manager from HQ
