Senior Specialist Product Engineering

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions
• Leading software development projects
• Documenting and recording every aspect of an application or software
• Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team
• Planning, tracking, and scheduling software deliverables
• Looking for problems within software systems and resolving the issues as part of continuous improvement initiatives
• Acquiring a deep functional knowledge of our product domains and functional areas. Asking focused questions and rapidly gain an in-depth understanding of the current processes and compare and relate to similar situations.
• Apply critical thinking to challenge assumptions (such as functional requirements and solution designs).
