Customer Support Engineer

We are looking for an Application Engineer to join the Customers Services Team of the Material and ICME Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate should be someone passionate about composites and engineering innovation, willing to actively assist industries such as the auto & aero ones in learning about how to use the best-in-class composite modelling technology and methods for designing composite materials and parts through numerical simulation. Responsibilities:

• To provide first line technical support to our customers. Support them in the implementation of our software solution.
• To understand customers/prospects needs and to demonstrate how our solutions can be used to address these needs
• To solve, report and present customer benchmark test problems
• To prepare and conduct customer trainings
• To report customer requests for enhancements to the product management team Other responsibilities may be added by management to meet the business objectives.
