Description

Manage the delivery of customer broadcast systems in line with requirements, business needs and conform to EVS project management standards and processes.

As a Project Manager, you will have a customer facing position in international environment.

Your tasks include :
  • Assist during pre-sale phase
  • Define the scope and objectives
  • Budgetary estimations and follow up
  • Define and monitor project plan timeframes
  • Liaise and connect with relevant project stakeholders : customers, providers, subcontractors, third parties and internal colleagues
  • Clear and comprehensive reporting to the key stakeholders on time
  • Define project purchasing needs and work with EVS Procurement department
  • Organize and actively participate to development, validation, installation, and acceptance of the customer solution on factory and at customer site
  • Provide expertise and/or onsite support to client during implementation phase: testing, advice, consultation, workflow follow-up…
  • Ensure the go-live as well as the right operational readiness level
  • Coordinate activities during the start-up phase and organize hand-over to support organization
