Description

Manage the delivery of customer broadcast systems in line with requirements, business needs and conform to EVS project management standards and processes.

As a Project Manager, you will have a customer facing position in international environment.

Your tasks include :

Assist during pre-sale phase
Define the scope and objectives
Budgetary estimations and follow up
Define and monitor project plan timeframes
Liaise and connect with relevant project stakeholders : customers, providers, subcontractors, third parties and internal colleagues
Clear and comprehensive reporting to the key stakeholders on time
Define project purchasing needs and work with EVS Procurement department
Organize and actively participate to development, validation, installation, and acceptance of the customer solution on factory and at customer site
Provide expertise and/or onsite support to client during implementation phase: testing, advice, consultation, workflow follow-up…
Ensure the go-live as well as the right operational readiness level
Coordinate activities during the start-up phase and organize hand-over to support organization
