Solutions Architect

As Solutions Architect, you will manage presales and consultancy tasks in coordination with the Sales teams, draft system design and BOM’s/quotations, give technical support to complete Sales proposals. The Consultancy Team proposes technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. They should provide market feedback to the Market’s & Solutions team with on-the-ground experience as a customer-facing expert.

You will :

• Manage Pre-sales tasks in coordination with the Sales teams
• Draft system design and BOM’s/quotations, and give technical support to complete Sales proposals
• Maintain up-to-date information in Key Account Plans with the appropriate Sales Account Manager
• Create/write responses to RFx requests, within the defined processes
• Manage hand-over to the PMO and Support teams once systems are sold
