Manager Strategic Sourcing

As the Strategic Sourcing Manager, you are a vital link to ensuring TDW’s supply chain is responsive and reliable to our valued customers. You responsible for leading a team of commodity and procurement professionals to drive results by identifying problem areas such as vendor delays, quality issues, communication problems and putting corrective actions in place to improve performance supporting our Isolation and Pigging business lines. The Strategic Sourcing Manager guides sourcing efforts to establish high quality and cost-effective strategic supplier relationships.  This role is also responsible for reducing risk in the supply chain, driving achievement of meaningful total cost, quality, and delivery goals across all direct and indirect spend to support product and service offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a world-class supply base through utilization of best-in-class sourcing methodologies and continuous improvement principles for TDW’s Isolation and Pigging business lines
• Lead a team by inspiring and driving accountability to deliver results consistently
• Implement supply chain strategies relevant to business plans to delight internal and external customers
• Interact with and assist internal teams and departments to support buying needs and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Own sourcing efforts that establish high quality and cost-effective strategic supplier relationships
• Collaborate with a committee of supply chain leaders across the organization to drive global alignment where possible
