Vice President Global Information Security

Alight Solutions is seeking a strategic senior leader to lead the company’s Information Security program which includes, Identity and Access Management, Cyber Defence Engineering and Operations, within the Alight Global Security (AGS) organization, reporting to the Chief Security Officer (CSO).  This person will work closely with the IT leadership and their teams, Legal & Privacy department, Enterprise Risk Management, and the lines of business particularly around client engagement and support, to drive information security strategy and operations for the company.

Responsibilities include defining security requirements, driving the development of technology roadmaps in traditional and cloud hosting environments, architecture and engineering of security solutions, security operations, identity and access management, incident detection and response, and aligning the global organization to best practice security initiatives.  Critical to success for this role is deep technical and leadership skills, open communication, and collaboration with the multiple stakeholders in the organization, and externally with clients and partners.

Among key responsibilities for the Head of Information Security are to:

• Oversee and lead strategic implementation of Information Security program in the commercial and US Government space
• Oversee the implementation and full life-cycle management of Information Security capabilities, across the global enterprise, to include but not limited to network security, end-point security, data protection, cloud security, malware defences, incident detection and response, vulnerability and configuration management, red-team and hunt, and digital forensics.
